FORT ORD COMMUNITY
Acquisition, financing, and entitlement by a joint venture of a portion of Fort Ord in the City of Marina as a mixed-use, master-planned community.
BUILDER PURCHASE + SALE TRANSACTIONS
Negotiated acquisition and disposition documents for builder clients for thousands of acres in California entitled for residential development, including repurposed and "brownfield" redevelopment sites.
HAMILTON AIR FORCE BASE
Acquisition and disposition of land in connection with the redevelopment of Hamilton Air Force Base in Novato, CA.
GILROY JOINT DEVELOPMENT
Drafted and negotiated a complex joint development and cost sharing agreement between developers of adjacent properties.
RIVER ISLANDS MASTER PLANNED COMMUNITY
Drafted all documents for the disposition of lots to homebuilders for the River Islands Master Planned Community, including purchase and sale agreement, development declaration, master disclosure statement, repurchase option agreement, profit participation agreement and related documents.
